Admissions and Financial Aid

Goal: Help Financial Aid staff advance in their careers to create more longevity and to support career advancement.

Future State

  • We have a more diverse leadership team in the financial aid office. 
  • Retention of staff improves. 
  • We see more staff grow to higher-level roles within the office. 

Timeline

  • FY23: Implement fully within the Homewood financial aid office. (24 staff) 
  • FY24: Expand offering to SEAM and non-Homewood financial aid staff 
  • FY25: If sustainable and uptake is robust, promote benefit in job description and financial aid staff recruitment efforts.
