Research and assess alumni experience to guide inclusive engagement strategy

Update Fall 2022

The Identity and Shared Interest team and DEIB Program Manger conducted research over the summer of 2022 on peer institutional practices, as well as established a baseline of existing communities and efforts at all 9 divisions to inform ongoing work before the launch of the Alumni Survey scheduled for 2024 (tentatively).
