Timeline
Y1: Create a strategic plan that aligns with the conceptual framework of the Office of Diversity and Faculty Development in conjunction with support for JHU Human Resources office.
Y1: Create professional development sessions based on the Social justice Continuum and the Growth Effectiveness models.
Y1: Use the findings from the inaugural SOE Equity Audit to inform the creation of the SOE development based on the identified change management strategic plan related to DEI.
Y2: Create professional development based on the identified change management strategy and connect it to the larger SOE strategic plan related to DEI.
Y3-5: Assess progress overall and retool as necessary and set new goals to build upon the success of current goals and their outcomes.
