2019 Diversity and Inclusion Conference

The 16th annual Diversity Leadership Conference was held on Friday, October 18, 2019. The conference included workshops relevant to a wide variety of affiliates, with topics ranging from Latinx identity to examining case studies with the Office of Institutional Equity.

The conference opened with a plenary conversation with Kevin Sowers,  President of the Johns Hopkins Health System and Executive Vice President of Johns Hopkins Medicine. The keynote address, given by Maria Hinojosa explored the importance of diversity and inclusion in our day and age.
